we would like to inform you for the last time that for the previous VDA formats, VDA4908/VDA4932/VDA4907/VDA4938 the BMW Direct connection will be deactivated as of 31st December 2024.
The accounting documents of the following companies are affected: BMW AG, A1.
As of 31st December 2024 all documents created by BMW (i.e. credit notes, payment advices, revaluations) will only be provided via our service provider QUIBIQ in the format VDA4938.
You can start the onboarding for the EDI connection by yourself via the eDocument portal. Please log in to the BMW Group Partner Portal (B2B) and there you will find the eDocument Portal in the Applications menu in the B2B portal: BMW Group Partner Portal (B2B)
If the onboarding via Quibiq will not be finalized by you until 31.10.2024, we cannot ensure that outbound documents will be provided to you via EDI after 31st December 2024.
As an interims solution we may only provide you the outgoing financial documents in PDF-Format on the eDocument Portal for download.
